Margaret Ross At Odyssey House, we recognise the importance of training and development for all our staff. We run training programmes in a variety of topics including First Aid, Cultural Awareness and Management Skills. All staff members can apply to attend external training whether that a be a one-day conference or a tertiary qualification and may be offered support through funding and study leave. These initiatives help to ensure that Odyssey staff have access to all the training they require and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. |
