Our teenage years are unique. Unfortunately, they are also some of the years where addictive patterns can develop. We are really good at working with young people to empower them to reach their potential and reduce the harms from substance use.

We work actively with young people, using a blend of positive youth development approaches and proven therapeutic tools to help young people build on their strengths. We want to help our young people to learn and develop skills to feel on track, and to be in control of their lives.

It’s all about reaching our potential and being all we can be. We help young people to:

  • Learn more about who they are and who they want to become
  • Strengthen their connections to their community, whānau, and school or work
  • Learn and practice skills, such as using emotions in a positive way, and how to cut down and stop substance use.
