After Hours Support Hub

After hours drop-in support for mental health, addiction or other life challenges

The After Hours Support Hub is a welcoming, safe place where you can connect with Peer Support Specialists who have their own lived experience of navigating life challenges, including mental distress, alcohol or other drugs.

It’s a place to take some time out. Whether you’re having a tough day, looking for someone to talk to, or supporting someone you care about, you’re welcome here.

Peers will be on hand for a chat and to help identify next steps if needed.
